CREDO
- I must always be straightforward in my dealings with others.
- I must always strive not only to earn the genuine respect and confidence of the people I work for, but also to provide good value for their money.
- If I make a mistake I must admit it and put it right without quarrel.
- If I cannot add value and make a worthwhile contribution, I must say so at the very outset.
- Above all, I must always be conscious of the fact that I will ultimately be judged, not on the content of this Credo, but on what I achieve. And to this end there is probably no better leveller than the words of Andrew Carnegie: "As I grow older, I pay less attention to what men say, I just watch what they do."
